In 1985 Tim Kirkland began creating graphic designs for ad agencies. He created and taught the first computer-based design class in an NC College, later taking a job with the worlds largest printing manufacturer. Throughout Tim's career he has been a student of human nature, and a student of almost every major printing and packaging workflow from the standpoint of Hardware, Software, Personnel, Time, Materials, Wastage, and Spoilage. For 23 years VertiMetrics has driven agencies, printers, converters, manufacturers, and consumer-facing companies to their potential. They have also gone beyond traditional consulting and procurement/integration to include outsourcing and "in-sourcing". Their specialties include leveraging their end-to-end knowledge of vertical markets to help streamline workflows, identify constraints, improve moral, encourage insight, retain talent, and to serve as a true vertical market solutions architect.
